13 month update!

Tomorrow Hayden will be 13 months old. It is so hard to believe it but he is growing so much. He had another new milestone yesterday. He took his first independent steps!! It was so great and Matt and I were very excited that we were both here to see it. It was about 3 steps and he did it totally out of the blue. Soon enough he will be walking everywhere and then running. He is truly a toddler now that he "toddles". He is such a happy and easy going little boy. He is going to eat us out of house and home as he gets older. He is a great eater and will eat most foods, however he is starting to show a toddler aversion to veggies. So many other things taste better I guess. We are trying to sneak in veggies so that way he gets some each day. He loves playing outside and is enjoying his toddler swing set he got from mommy and daddy for his 1st birthday and his sand/water table from Grandma Mona for his 1st birthday. He also has a wadding pool but we still have to get it blown up for him to use. It is going to be a great summer with our toddler.
