Well, we had our 3rd Ultrasound today and the baby is growing so much! We are measuring 10 weeks even, which is another day ahead. The heartbeat was 188bpm. It is a little higher than normal but it is still fine. The heartbeat usually drops down some by the end of the 1st Trimester. The baby is starting to look more and more like an actual human. On the ultrasound picture, the head is on the far right side, then the body along with the arms. The legs are a little tougher to see but if you look closely, you can see them. We will be having an NT Scan on Nov. 21st. The NT Scan is a risk assessment test for Trisomy 21 (downs syndrome), Trisomy 18 and Trisomy 13. This does not diagnose these but tells you your risk for the baby having them (like 1 in 800). This is an ultrasound and bloodwork. After this appointment, I will be released from my RE to a High Risk OB. It is exciting to move through this process. While we are not out of the woods yet, things are looking good. I will update you all again soon.
