FET Update!

Well, I had my doctor appointment on Monday. This was an appointment to check the lining of my uterus. Everything looked really good. They said that my lining was "very good". So, I star my Progesterone shots again on Thursday night. (not looking forward to that one!) They will thaw the embryos on Friday. Hopefully the first two that they thaw will survive and continue to grow ok. This time, we are doing something known as Assisted Hatching with the embryos. Basically, they crack the shell on the embryos prior to implanting them. This gives the embryos a little boost to hopefully break the rest of the way out and implant. We are transfering 2 6-day embryos. They were grown for 6 days prior to being frozen. We are hoping since they are older embryos than the 3 day embryos that we had last time that we will have a better chance of success. If everything keeps going according to plan our transfer should be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I will know more on Friday after they begin the thawing of the embryos.

Thanks for the continued support and prayers! We love you all!
